With over six years of experience as a Lindal Cedar Homes dealer, we know that Lindal’s low design fees and versatile engineering will allow us to offer you a quality home at a competitive custom home cost.

Prescott Designer Homes will:

• Help you with land acquisition
• Assist in identifying development costs ( power, septic, water)
• Start a design by walking your building site
• Develop a site plan
• Architecturally custom design your home or modify a previously built Lindal plan
  • identify qualified post & beam experienced contractors          
    
• Help you find financing, if needed
• Assist with the permitting process and securing a topographical survey (TOPO)
• Visit your home site frequently during construction
• Always be available to you or your contractor during construction
• Will be your point of contact for customer service and the Lindal Lifetime Structural Warranty
